luxury WHITIANGA lodge accommodation

Book as early as possible by sending us a 50% deposit. Your confirmation will be sent with the final balance due
9 weeks prior to occupancy. A valid visa card number will be required on confirmation to be held until after your stay and will be charged for any additional services.

If it is necessary to cancel your stay, all monies will be refunded less a cancellation fee as follows:

  • Less than eight weeks - 50%
  • Less than four weeks - 75%
  • Less than 14 days - No refund

If, of your choice, you decide not to use part or parts of the arranged services or facilities, you will not be entitled to a refund from us.

Insurance

You agree that we have no liability for any loss or damage of any kind (direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise), you may suffer resulting from cancellation, loss of luggage and personal property, medical expenses and the effects of an accident, however it is caused. It is your responsibility to insure yourself fully.

Breakages

Any breakages incurred by you will be charged at full new replacement value including time incurred (charged at $100 per hour) and will be charged on your credit card.

Services

Any facilities described are subject to change at any time. Lodge room photographs may not be specific to the actual room occupied. Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to the planned itinerary, actual route, accommodation and activities may be subject to change due to conditions outside of our control.

No pets and strictly no smoking on any of our premises.
